| Unexpected Truck Repairs! I finished rebuilding the spare 1.5L motor, and decided to freshen up the engine bay while I have The motor and tranny out for the swap. |


| So, I Scrubbed, and Washed, and de-greased, and scrubbed, and washed. Then, I moved everything I could, taped up the rest. Then I painted the bay with a nice high quality black engine paint. I was a sceptic, as I Suck doing any body work, or Painting, but It looks good, and I've stopped all the rust spots with a rust inhibitor coating.... Speaking of rust... Look Closely at the picture on the right. The Strut Tower has had the outer layer cut off. Its been rusted for a long time, And I can Just about say for sure that its noware near as dangerous as some of you have been told, But I Figured it was going to be a long time until I was this close to it, so.... |
