Case 1: The Gray Ghost What Lives in the Laundry Room?

While having a sleep over, the two new "Ghostbusters" were watching some late night TV in the downstairs of Erik's Weston,CT house. When they turned off the TV, both began to here voices. Both would later describe them as "Whispers"... This continued on and off for over an hour. They claimed they could almost make out what the whispers were saying, but not quite. Then at approximately 3:45AM they both witnessed the laundry room door close on its own, only to reopen less then a minute later. Here is a picture of that door.

Although scared half to death the two got up, and checked the door. There was no one behind it, and it did not seem to swing freely. Then, At 4:22AM they both watched in awe as a ghost came into sight. It was no more then 4 foot tall, and stood a foot above the floor. It was described as having a constancy of static on a TV. They watched it grow, and change form for over 10 minutes. It wore a top hat, and had little face markings. Here is a "artists" rendition of what they saw...
Well, for the next year or so I tried to hunt it down. At night I would put a walkie talkie down there at the door, and listen to it in my room. I had no video camera, so that was out, but I did snap a few photos with my 110 camera. I never caught anything that was proof, but that house called my name when no one was home, shook doors late at night, and freaked out my friends. I also went to town hall and did a little research. Weston CT is a nice place to live, it has a rich history. I could not find a ton of info on the house other then it was built in 1968, and it sat next to the wooded area know as Devils Glen. It's said to be inhabited by a half man, half goat like creature. The area also had a lot of colonial remains. Revolutionary arms were found 1/4 mile up the road during the new construction of a house. Also, and I always found this quite odd, there was a long ago crashed hull of a car at the bottom of the little cliff at the edge of our property. It was from the 20's, or so my grandpa claimed after looking at it. So maybe it was the ghost from that crash, maybe it was a dead minute man from the war, maybe it was a person that lived in one of the long rotted cabins from the 1700's. Or maybe we were just young. I'll never know. Case: Open/Lost To Time.
